studying in living room: various snacks on the table, cellphone
reading pdf and ppt files on laptop: facebook, twitter, tumblr, youtube, etc., itunes
studying with friends: the tendency to chat and gossip, food, cellphone
I seriously need a lot of help to improve my focus and concentration on studying and overcome these distractions.
